Meet The Team

Mike Molitor

Mike has 30+ years of construction & carpentry experience. He began his work experience at a young age not only helping but learning from his grandfather. He later started his own successful contracting business. Mike is a licensed contractor in Delaware and Pennsylvania.

Cathy Molitor

Cathy has 20+ years of office managerial and bookkeeping experience. Cathy keeps our business running smoothly.

Tom Huston

Tom has 20+ years of construction knowledge and experience. He is your initial point of contact. Tom explains our process, schedules appointments and can answer your roofing questions.

Lynn Huston

Lynn has 20+ years of administrative experience. She is our marketing coordinator and also manages our online scheduling.

Our Process

STEP 1

We will set up a convenient time for you to have us measure and inspect your roof.

STEP 3

After the inspection, we will discuss our findings and your roofing options.

STEP 4

We will provide you with a detailed written estimate.

STEP 5

We will follow up with you by phone/email to answer any other questions.

STEP 6

If you decide to have M&H Roofing replace your roof, we will provide you with a contract.

STEP 7

You will then select your color and quality shingle.

STEP 8

On the scheduled date, we install your new roof and project clean up.

STEP 9

After the installation is complete, you will have a Quality Inspection with a member of our team.

STEP 10

We will contact you to follow up and Thank you for your business.
